Meet Lisa Boyce, RN
Lisa’s journey with Jin Shin Jyutsu (JSJ) began in 2017, not through study, but through personal healing. After a bicycle accident left her with a broken wrist, she sought out JSJ for physical support — but what she discovered was something deeper. In that first session, it became clear that what truly needed healing was the grief she was carrying after the recent loss of her mother. Through regular sessions, Lisa experienced profound transformation — both physical and emotional — and grew deeply curious about the art that had touched her so personally.
In 2018, she began studying JSJ in earnest. Over the next several years, she immersed herself in classes, study groups, and hands-on practice with friends and family. By 2023, she had opened her own practice, offering sessions to others with the same gentle wisdom and intuitive care that guided her own healing journey.
Lisa brings a lifelong passion for wellness and helping others into her work. She holds a BSN and began her career as a registered nurse, with experience in psychiatric care. Over the years, she’s worn many hats — yoga teacher, personal trainer, health coach, wife, mother, grandmother, and dog-mom — all of which inform her grounded, heart-centered approach.
Whether you are looking for physical relief, emotional clarity, or simply a deeper connection to your body and spirit, Lisa offers a calm, nurturing presence and a deep understanding of JSJ as both an art and a pathway to personal transformation.”
